  • What was the challenge in front of you for our first session?

    My challenge was / is, I am in a period of big transition in my work life and love life, and feel a pertinent need to be able to draw strength from within myself and to ground myself, as it has been very overwhelming. I am aware of my body holding trauma from childhood, I've been addressing the emotional side of this but mind/body are so connected. I don't feel I have the tools for both yet, so I entered the session hoping to find some methods that would help move the stuck energy through and clear blockages so I may focus on nourishing my inner power and clearing the space to welcome in new and wonderful things.

    What did you learn during session re: body oriented approach?

    The meditation of pulling energy from the centre of the earth was so helpful. Just closing my eyes and visualising, I felt it in my entire body and it helped me feel stronger. Like I was charging myself up with universal energy and pushing out stale stagnant crap. I learned this is a tool to prime myself ahead of challenging situations. The 'No' pose is a great tool, I am weak in important boundaries because I have not been fully embodying them. Standing and holding up my hand while saying 'No' to the biggest thing (person) who is not serving me, allowed me to say it out loud and also feel it. Holding my arms out and acknowledging all the important things to me inside of them, made me realise where my attention and energy should go, and the rest can stay outside. Another really great way to embody my boundaries.

    What do you feel capable now after?

    I feel capable of drawing extra energy when I need it. I feel capable of embodying a boundary so that I may hold it with others whom I need to enforce it. I feel capable of seeing all the amazing things that are waiting for my full attention so they can nourish me into this powerful being I already am. Clearing the old energy to make space for all these good things feels easier, like something I can do on my own. I am very grateful for your time and thank you from the bottom of my heart.

6 months full support = 3,000€ (Monthly payment plans available)

Entitles client to sessions, full coach support and access to materials during our time together.

Cancelation Policy: Cancel any time during the month via written or spoken word directly.

Coaching with Me

  • * Initial 30-60min discovery call (via GoogleMeet, Zoom or equivalent)

    * A co-created and designed personal development plan.

    * On average, 2 x 60-75 minute coaching sessions per month (adjusted to suit your schedule & circumstances).

    * Bodywork including somatic experiencing and embodiment techniques for reprogramming the nervous system.

    * SHRED review (Sleep, Hydration, Routine, Exercise and Diet) 2 week diary and review.

    * Scientific based concept education and tool building – PolyVagal theory, autonomic nervous system, evolutionary development of brain structures, emotional intelligence and gut-brain axis.

    * Supporting material: article, frameworks, videos and audio

    * Recommendations for resources and additional learning (books, tools, TED talks, personal audio: SoundCloud & YouTube, etc.)

    * Email & Whatsapp support between sessions, as needed

  • The Client-Coach relationship is vital for success, safety, trust and co-creation. During this call we will clarify your main challenges for the coaching journey, identify possible methods, exercises and practices and co-create the arc of our coaching engagement and the package duration best suited.
