One of the best somatic exercises and most popular. Starting with a quick scan of our entire physical body we dive into sensation (interoception) of the body to listen to its subtle messaging. This non-specific topic recording is an open exploratory into whatever is currently needing to be heard from your system. Go with it. There are no wrong answers!

My experience: Incredibly powerful for releasing trapped emotion around a present topic. This is an opportunity to strengthen the skill of interoception and offers great insight into the complex and beautiful language of the body.

My suggestion: whenever 'something' feels present. Give it a go.
